Οι λάτρεις του X-Plane μπορούν να χαρούν καθώς η ToLiss ετοιμάζεται να κυκλοφορήσει το νεότερο addon της, το A320neo (New Engine Option), στην αγορά στις 30 Μαρτίου του 2023 (X-Plane Store Link “Airbus A320 Neo by Toliss“
Φαίνεται ότι δεν θα υπάρξει κάποια έκπτωση για αυτούς που κατέχουν προηγούμενα addons όπως το 321 η το 319. Αυτός που θα αποφασίσει να δώσει περίπου 90 Ευρώ, θα μπορεί να καθίσει στο πιλοτήριο του NEO, το οποίο εκμεταλλεύεται τις νέες τεχνολογίες που φέρνει το XP12 και στο οποίο έχουν γίνει από την αρχή όλα τα textures, καθώς και να βαλει μπρος εναν απο τους 2 νέους τύπους κινητήρων PW1127G-JM και CFM LEAP1A26.
Εκτός από τους νέους κινητήρες, το A320neo διαθέτει επίσης ορισμένες αεροδυναμικές βελτιώσεις, όπως τα άκρα των πτερύγων sharklet, τα οποία συμβάλλουν στη μείωση της αντίστασης και στη βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας των καυσίμων. Το NEO έχει επίσης μεγαλύτερη εμβέλεια σε σύγκριση με το CEO.
Το νέο high fidelity addon υπόσχεται να φέρει την πιο προηγμένη και ρεαλιστική προσομοίωση του Airbus A320neo στο X-Plane! Πέρα από Hoppie CPDLC, διαθέτει διάφορα data downloads μέσου ACARS secondary flight plans στα 2 πλήρως ανεξάρτητα MCDU’s και έχουν προγραμματιστεί 130 circuit breakers και 210 failures! Τα συστήματα και τα avionics όπως βλέπετε είναι σε μεγάλο βαθμό εξομοιωμένα και θα μπορεί κάποιος άνετα να τα δουλέψει πέρα από τα SOP’s.

Το addon όμως δεν ενδιαφέρει μόνο τους XP12 χρήστες, αλλά και τους XP11 όπως και γενικά όλους που αναζητούν μία καλή replica ενός A320neo. Όπως συζητήσαμε και συγκρίναμε ήδη στην ομάδα μας στο Facebook, πέρα από το Free FlyByWire A32NX (MSFS) δεν υπάρχουν άλλα σοβαρά Α320 ΝΕΟ addons αυτήν την στιγμή.
